windows 10 / xbox1 problem

how do you remove wrong accounts put in on xbox1 in windows 10.

were trying to sycronise our new pc to the xbox but because they put in their emails rather than their xbox1 account address it keeps trying to create new gamer tags and is now locked in we cant delete them

Xbox App Stream from Xbox One issues

Xbox1 streaming - works sometimes.

My set up-

I have 4 xbox1's all connected via ethernet wire (cat 5e or >)

(2 xbox1's) are connected via netgear gigabit switch

(2 xbox1's) go directly to gigabit router.

2 computers also connected via gigabit switch.

both computers have gigabit network cards.

Problem:

Has been working great up until about one week ago. Now randomly getting network connection problems. I was running at medium quality, and then set to low quality but still no difference.

Ran stream test from windows 10 xbox1 app and got 4 green check marks.

Tried restarting all units connected, changed out patch cables to cat 6, changed old gigabit switch to new netgear gigabit switch to match gigabit router.

Frustrating how it works then it does not... Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

No Files Found With Media Player

Go into Windows Media Player on laptop

Click on "stream"

Select xbox1

Then "customise" and select all options

Surely you can remove them? What you will have to do is just quickly make a new gamertag, then once you go through the settings add the correct ones and delete the wrong ones.

Requested my new Gamertag back on the 22nd, and no change. It's been more than 24 hours now.

Signed out and back in on my Xbox1 and on Windows 10. Not sure what is going on at this point. The charge went through on my credit card though....

Thanks bro for helping the community of titanfall with this disappointing issue. My favorite game, and the only reason i bought an xbox1. If it doesnt get fixed my Xbox1 is going out the window. 😤😡

That's the problem about the Xbox1, it lacks any good hardware, the software will gradually be updated and improved over time, but will the hardware be improved with the Xbox1, most unlikely, if only the Xbox1 wasn't rushed into the market, now Microsoft
has to clean up their mess.
