Windows 10 Xbox privacy settings won t open

Hello! Thank you for the help, I tried the method, but sadly, it still shows me the same thing. Is there any other solution for this problem?

I believe this may be a problem on the Microsoft side, I recently got involved in a similar case, normally this procedure would solve the problem. Since the problem persisted, I suggest you try the solution below.

You need an alternate Microsoft account and download the Xbox Family App on your phone. Add the main account as a family member and make the alternate account the organizer. Sign in as the organizer on the Xbox Family App and change the settings there. You should be able to see the settings to let your account play multiplayer in Minecraft.

After you change the settings, sign out and sign into the Minecraft launcher after 5-10 minutes to let Microsoft catch up to fixing the account.

I believe that in this case, you will need to contact support as there appears to be something wrong with your account. To contact them please use the instructions below, you will need to speak to a Microsoft advocate to see what is going on.
