Windows 10 Xbox Live App

hi Best, Went into the store again this morning and the long list of failed app's was gone with only the beta version of xbox showing. So clicked on it. Got an error message from the notifications center that I needed to sign in to Windows and update
my credentials, so clicked on that - took me to settings. My info came up and there was nothing to do as everything appeared normal. Went back to the store and now there are 20 failed app's showing in the list. The Beta is showing error code 0x80070490.
(I don't understand why all those app's are showing as the only thing I've clicked for download in the last week was the beta version) thx.

 

Hi Summer, thanks for the update. I am not sure why your seeing 20 failed apps, but this sounds like a Store/Windows related issue which you may want to contact Windows support if it starts impacting you from downloading or purchasing apps.

As for the Xbox App beta, please try the following suggested tips for error

Went to the link you provided but these instructions appear to be for the Xbox console and my issue is with computer Xbox live. I had been to the page you provided last week and did a number of things to try and fix this issue (as per previous posts - I
have signed in and out; I have created new passwords; etc.) is there anything else and/or do the console instruction apply to Xbox live as well? Will wait to hear from you before I try to do anything else. thx.
