Windows 10 Xbox Live Achievements Offline?

Hi, I was wondering, if I play a Windows game on my laptop which has Xbox Live achievement, can I still unlock those achievement if I play offline? I've been playing many games offline recently such as Assassin's Creed Pirates, and
one of the achievements in this game requires the player to plunder 1000 ships. How does it work if I did part of the job online and continued offline? What will happen when I reach 1000 ships? Will I get the achievement if I play offline? or will it bypass
the achievement and block me from ever getting it except if I restart from 0 to 1000 all online?

windows 10 xbox achievements not unlocking

None of the windows 10 Xbox live games like Minecraft, bingo or age of empires castle siege are unlocking Achievements it says I unlocked them on the game but if I go on the xbox app it's not saying I unlocked them

When I first upgraded to windows 10 from 7 the Achievements were unlocking the last Achievement to unlock for me was on 8/31 and it's now 10/19 also the old windows 8 games like halo Spartan **** still unlock achievements

anyone know any fix?

Exactly how Ackis stated. By earning achievements in games you play. pretty much every game on Xbox 360/One, Some games on Windows 10/8, android & iOS have Xbox achievements. Bear in mind you have to be connected to Xbox Live to unlock achievements on
Xbox One & Windows 10/8. There is no special requirements to unlock & increase gamerscore. Just play your games & achievements will be awarded and your gamerscore will grow in no time.

According to the article, achievements will be saved and applied the next time you sign in online again (but you won’t see the achievement notification, or “toast”).

Personally, I find it best to stay online if you plan on completing those serious achievements. As far as I’ve seen (with offline Xboxes), offline achievements may not always be tracked reliably.

Unfortunately I do not think this is fixable without a software change from Microsoft. I have tried everything that I can think of except changing registry keys for Xbox Live, which I don't want to do seeing as I am unfamiliar with these keys in particular.

That being said, let's take a look at the text from Microsoft that would lead you to believe that playing this game offline should be possible.

Is there ANYONE who can verify that ANY Xbox Live enabled game that goes online does actually work offline AFTER a restart of the computer? I am now curious if this is the norm with their "offline enabled" games, or if RoN: EE is an outlier.

Did you play the game at least once while online and signed in to xbox live?

Set your console to offline and then install/play the game unless the game is already installed.
