    Windows 10 xbox app


    When I try to open the Xbox App It opens but never loads past the black screen with a white pulsing Xbox symbol. Nothing online has helped resolve the issue, Ive even tried resetting the computer completely with a fresh install of windows but the issue still persisted.

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.
