Windows 10 Xbox App

Lately the Xbox App would disconnect me and when I reconnect, it would give me the error 0x89231806 my network settings are blocking me from party chat blah blah etc. Prior to getting kicked out/disconnected I can hear everyone in the party chat clearly
and vice-versa. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps like uninstalling/reinstalling the teredo and what not, but this still happens. Also I get disconnected every every 10-20 minutes, give or take. Hopefully someone here has experienced this and can
give some input!

Changing gamer tag

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.
