Windows 10 Xbox App won't allow me to download any of my videos from Xbox live.

I used to be able to download videos from Xbox Live onto my PC, but since I moved the Captures folder to another drive, I am unable to download anything. I have tried moving the folder back, making a new one, resetting the app from Settings, uninstalling
and re-installing the Xbox app via PowerShell, resetting my account info on my PC, deleting all former folders labeled Captures in all my drives, and trying to change the folder from Settings, which include most of the solutions posted on this forum on similar
issues. None of these have worked.

I still get the error message when I go to the DVR tab and the app crashes when I try to download anything. I have also tried to record something on my PC, to no avail. I have supplied a screenshot of the error.

  2. Can the Windows Store verify an existing installation of game(s) downloaded previously or from files from another computer? Similar to Steam et al

    Hi there Nor,

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

If you’re having problems installing the Games for Windows Live app, or connecting to the Xbox Live service, see

Troubleshoot Games for Windows Live connection problems
    .

    For other gaming options, see:

    Hope this helps.

    Two different accounts - Help!

Hello, I have one account for Xbox Live and another for my Windows 10 Desktop. Is there any way to combine these accounts? On windows 10 I can sign in to the xbox app with my Live account but the Windows Store app uses the Windows 10 account. The issue
is that the Xbox Anywhere games won't be available on Windows if I purchase on my Xbox One since the accounts are different.

There has to be a way to merge the accounts, right?

The trouble shooter corrected a file corruption error in the Store App, but it didn't scan the Xbox App. I also deleted temporary files before running a clean boot on my PC. The error, however, is unchanged.

I couldn't make a local account, it asked me to either make a Microsoft account or to use an existing one. I do use two different accounts on my computer, one for the Xbox, and one for my PC, but I have had this setup for some years.
