windows 10 xbox app - stealing chat.

I'm trying to record using the windows 10 app. The stream is working fine however the only issue is game chat is being played over the stream but NOT through my tv or headset. So when I have a team I can't hear anyone talk unless i'm in the other room
with my computer.

I can't find any settings to "play chat through speakers"

If the stream is what is being played on my xbox then why does the stream pick up the chat but it's not coming through on my end?

I know it's doing that because I go to the recorded stream vids and there is all the game chat that I couldn't hear while playing.

Any help / solution would be greatly appreciated

The party chat isn't working on my windows 10 pc

When i try to join / create a party chat on the windows 10 xbox app it says: Your network blocks party chat [0x89231806]

 

Teredo server connectivity is blocked on xbox app. Works fine on other devices on same network.
