Windows 10 XBOX App Sign-in Button Not Working

Hello,

the sign in button on my XBOX app on my windows 10 laptop is not working. When I open the app, it briefly shows me as signed in to my account, and then signs me out. Attempting to click the sign-in button does nothing.

I have tried solving this by:

- reinstalling xbox

- enabling my xbox and account management services

- clearing my app cache (under tokenbroker)

- looking for a windows/app update

- correcting time zone

- resetting and restoring microsoft apps

- restarting my computer

This problem is only apparent in my XBOX app. I can load windows apps such as the console companion and the microsoft store perfectly fine.

Additionally, I don't know if this is separate though, under these conditions I can load most games normally, but for one I am greeted with 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item.'

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

Download the Windows ISO from this website.

First download the ISO

Open the ISO image tool, inside there will be a file called SETUP.exe, select update, download it from the cloud and choose "keep game and apps"
