So, after not being able to upload videos in the first place (which I thank you guys for helping me out with), I now can't share my game captures from Titanfall 2 (if that means anything to you). I have tried each available option on both the beta version
and original version of the app. I don't know if it's something on my end or if I haven't waited long enough for processing (I uploaded and tried to share about a week ago). Is there anyway I can troubleshoot this problem or fix something on my end to be able
    to share my clips?

    :)

Alright guys, so what is the deal with Game DVR?

If you have windows 10 you can use the xbox app to download all your captures/screenshots without first uploading from your xbox one. Just click game dvr and shared everything your xbox has capped should be there even if it's not saved yet.

This is how i download mine to pc now. Also in the same app you are in on xbox one you should be able to select edit, and edit any clips save it then upload it. I'd check your privacy settings and make sure you have it set so you can not only cap but share your caps with others.

I fully recommend windows 10 xbox app though if you have it, skip the upload step as you have to upload to both onedrive and the shared thing.

    Hi mary,

Thanks for your post. Are you attempting to watch videos from your phone on Xbox App? The Xbox Application only supports videos that have been uploaded to Xbox Live from an Xbox One Game Capture or a capture from a game on your Windows 10 PC.

I hope this information helps, thanks again.

    Hi,

Outdated version of the Xbox app, availability of updates for your Windows 10 computer, and the time frame of the recorded game clips are possible reasons why you're encountering this issue. To clarify your concern, may we know if you encounter the same
issue when sharing game clips with other games?

We suggest running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this
    link
. This can help resolve issues regarding applications downloaded from the Windows Store.

The current version of the Xbox app is 19.21.23005.00000. Refer to this

    link
for the steps on how to verify that you have the latest version of the Xbox app on Windows 10.

    You may also visit this
    link
for more information regarding editing and sharing game clips with Game DVR in the Xbox app on Windows 10.

Keep us posted with the outcome. We'd be glad to further assist you.

  5. So I checked all of the links, and the only one that worked (or at least shed some light on something) was the troubleshooter. After learning that I'm not up to date with the Xbox, I tried to update it manually, and ran the troubleshooter to find this.

I don't know if this has something to do with it or not, but this happened to pop up when I ran the scan. Anything you can pull from this?

  6. Thanks for the details. Let's manually reset the Windows Store's cache. Here are the steps:

    1. Press Windows + R keys to open the run command box.
    2. Type WSReset and press Enter.
    3. Restart your device.
    4. Launch the Xbox app and check if you'll be able to share game clips.

Notify us with the results. We'll provide you additional solutions if the same issue occurs.

  7. Alright, following all of the steps I got it to update, but into a different version than what is said to be the current one.

    Current Xbox App version: 27.28.8007.00000.

I'm not sure if this is the latest version available, but after the update that is where I'm put as of now. I'm also not clear on if it truly worked to the extent it needed to as I got the same error message as the picture I sent earlier from the troubleshooter
after the update. I can try this one more time if I messed up somewhere along the line.

Thanks for updating us with the progress.

Just to clarify, have you tried sharing game clips after installing the Xbox app version
    27.28.8007.00000?

If the same issue occurs after installing that version, kindly reset the Xbox app. Here are the steps:

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset.
    6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
    7. Launch the Xbox app and check if the same instance occurs when sharing game clips.

  9. So the issue still persists, but something caught my eye that may be able to help you. Down below are two video headings, one taken on an xbox and one from my desktop (I bet you can guess which one). The Titanfall clip doesn't have any game subtitle below
the title I provided. I didn't mention this when I was trying to solve why it wouldn't download, but now that I remember, it never did detect that this was Titanfall 2 from my computer (both beta and standard). I don't know if this helps with anything, but
this may clear up some confusion that we may have been having.

  10. Thanks for the additional details.

This may be an issue with the account. Kindly follow the steps provided on this

    link
on how to switch between Microsoft accounts in the Xbox app on Windows 10.

We'll be waiting for your update.

  11. I followed the instructions as closely as possible (I ran into a problem at step 5. Under Use another account, select Sign in with a different Microsoft account. It automatically recognized me if that causes an issue) I still have the same
results as of now. I haven't tried re-uploading the video again after everything to see if that worked yet. Another possible solution??

  12. Let's uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. Here are the steps:

    1. Click Start > All apps > Windows PowerShell.
    2. Right-click Windows PowerShell, click More >

    3. In the Windows PowerShell window, copy and paste the following command: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
    4. Press Enter.
    5. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
    6. Click this
      link
      and download the Xbox app.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, sign in using a different Microsoft account and check if it works.

Notify us with the outcome after performing these steps.

  13. Windows 10 Xbox App Not Sharing Captures After Uploaded

OK, as of now, I uploaded another attempt on my account and haven't checked on anything just yet, but I have had this come up over and over and over again attempt after attempt after attempt. It this supposed to be happening on the app? If I'm correct it
is supposed to show the video below. ALSO, I should mention that this one had the sub-title of Xbox (look above at the call of duty titanfall comparison.)

  15. Based from the details you've provided, this may be due to corrupted Xbox app installation files. This can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app. May we know if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
