Windows 10 Xbox App Error 0x409 0x80080300

Can't sign into the Xbox app on Windows 10, keep getting error 0x409 0x80080300.

When you start the xbox app on windows 10 error (0x409) 0x80080300

i couldn't log in xbox accoun't on xbox's app for windows 10, it say error (0x409) 0x80080300

 

Been the same for me for several weeks. Windows 10 won't let me uninstall. "reset" doesn't work.

 

Please try these steps on how to uninstall and reinstall the app:

1. Type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.

2. Right click on it and run it as administrator.

3. Copy and paste the following command and press enter:

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

4. Restart the computer and re-install the app through Windows store.

I have the same problem with a Surface Pro 4 and Windows 10 Creators Update

- Tried to Remove-Appx and reinstall it

- Tried to Reset App via App & Feature

- WSReset

- Windows Update run

Nothing worked

 

Yeah same I tried logging in 3 days ago to both the regular xbox app and the beta version and I have been getting the same thing, hope it gets fixed soon.

If you sign out of the app from within settings and sign back in with a different account, do you still see the same error message? Do you get this error every time you open the app or is it intermittent?
