Windows 10 Xbox app doesn't work

Are you guys at MSFT serious with this answer?

you havent actually provided any sort of input or update on the XBOX App, rather you are saying that in all things just reinstall the entire OS.?

this is a real joke, you have 1000s of posts about the XBOX App and issues with downloads not working, this is a for a PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS SITE.

At the very least you could do it not copy/paste the same (incorrect) troubleshooting information and raise the issue with the XBOX Product Group noting that it doesnt work for many thousands of users.

Start to act like you case about your clients, it would help, rather than canned answers that show no interest in actually fixing / finding the issue.

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command.

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

Then, after you do it, you're going to open the game pass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

Still doesn't work, it connects and immediately disconnects however it works on my pc but even then, it doesn't appear in the accessories app on windows 10

Doesn't work for me at all.

Either the Xbox app on Windows 10 doesn't detect the Xbox One or when they do see each other, and I'm told everything is working correctly, all I get is a blank screen.

Xbox APP to windows 10 doesn't install, always freezing.
