    Windows 10 Xbox App crash


    A problem occurs when trying to copy a message I sent to one friend to send the same message to another friend.

    If the message has already been sent and I try to click on the message to highlight it to copy it, the app freezes for a few seconds then crashes.

    Not a major problem, but a mild inconvenience.

    Like it says in the title the Xbox app crashes when clicking on settings on Windows 10.

    Xbox app crahes on Windows 10. Troubleshooter couln't find problem.

    The Xbox app for Windows 10 is not opening. Seems to crash immediately. I tried the trouble-shooter, but no luck.

    Hi Uncommon future, interesting issue, we haven't observed this being reported. Can you please use the Xbox App beta to see if the same behavior occurs?

    If the issue continues with beta version please help us out and report the issue by using the "report a problem" in the beta app. We will report your info the developers requesting an investigation.

    Can't access messages

    I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

    Streaming disconnects is a different issue (there are other threads for that). We're investigating those, too.

    For the issue here, is anyone still seeing crashes when Party Invites are received (you shouldn't).
