Windows 10 Xbox app Connection Server: Blocked

I have a problem with my windows 10 xbox app. On my network setting my Nat is open but my server connectivity is blocked. I have tried everything I can think of to solve this problem. I have followed all steps on the xbox support site for this problem and
nothing. I have tried uninstalling the xbox app and reinstalling it. Also I have tried portforwarding the ports for xbox and everyone I tried I also restarted my computer after everyone also reset my router twice as well. If anyone can solve my problem please
    tell me. Thank you.

    :)

  9. I am having the same issue and have tried everything possible going step by step. I have no antivurus or vpn, everything is running correctly, and windows firewall is set to default and is also running. I have tried it all and it still says "Server Connectivity:
Blocked" This is absolutely retarded. Seems tons of people have this issue, not sure why the hell they cant fix this so its a non issue for so many.

    Hi,

Failure to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the QoS (Quality of Service) server can occur when the Windows Firewall is disabled, when security software has altered the Windows Firewall configuration, or when required Windows services have been disabled
    or stopped.

To resolve your concern, you can visit this
    link
and perform the suggested solutions to your computer.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, here are additional solutions that you can follow:

Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
    4. Hit Enter.
    5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Solution 4. Perform a clean boot to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10.

    Go to this
    link
and follow the steps to perform a clean boot on your computer.

Keep us updated with the results after performing the suggested solutions above.

We appreciate your response. The error message that you receive after attempting to uninstall the Xbox app is pertaining to the database disk of the computer. It appears that there is an error with this part of the operating system or the app is corrupted.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you continue performing a clean boot on the computer and update the Xbox app again.

You can also reset your apps and restart your computer in normal mode to disable unnecessary apps that run in the background of your computer.

    Here's how:

    1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
    2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.
    3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
    4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

If you need further assistance, feel free to post your concerns here anytime.

Thank you for keeping us updated. We would like to verify if you were able to check if the Windows services required for Xbox Live party chat and multiplayer gaming have been changed from their default values based on
    Solution 4 provided on this
    link
    .

You can also perform additional troubleshooting steps on your computer by following the solutions provided on this

    link
    .

If the server is still blocked after enabling the required services, we recommend that you contact your Internet Service Provider so they can check if Xbox Live is blocked on your router settings.

They can also assist you in setting up your router settings correctly to access the Xbox Live Server and open network ports so you can join Xbox Live Party Chats and multiplayer games.

Should you have any other questions, feel free to post your concerns here.
