Windows 10 Xbox app Connection Server: Blocked

I have a problem with my windows 10 xbox app. On my network setting my Nat is open but my server connectivity is blocked. I have tried everything I can think of to solve this problem. I have followed all steps on the xbox support site for this problem and
nothing. I have tried uninstalling the xbox app and reinstalling it. Also I have tried portforwarding the ports for xbox and everyone I tried I also restarted my computer after everyone also reset my router twice as well. If anyone can solve my problem please
tell me. Thank you.

Hello can somebody HELP ME WITH TEREDO PLS!!

 

I am having the same issue and have tried everything possible going step by step. I have no antivurus or vpn, everything is running correctly, and windows firewall is set to default and is also running. I have tried it all and it still says "Server Connectivity:
Blocked" This is absolutely retarded. Seems tons of people have this issue, not sure why the hell they cant fix this so its a non issue for so many.
