windows 10 xbox achievements not unlocking

None of the windows 10 Xbox live games like Minecraft, bingo or age of empires castle siege are unlocking Achievements it says I unlocked them on the game but if I go on the xbox app it's not saying I unlocked them

When I first upgraded to windows 10 from 7 the Achievements were unlocking the last Achievement to unlock for me was on 8/31 and it's now 10/19 also the old windows 8 games like halo Spartan **** still unlock achievements

anyone know any fix?

hi I’m having some troubles for achievements not unlocking for the aca neogeo games world heroes Xbox one. Metal slug , fatal fury 2 for Windows 10

Hi there,

I'm not a professional so don't count on my solution, but I have noticed that, if you have manually or with a tool, changed the privacy settings of your Win10 system, it can affect the communication with a game and your Xbox live account.

Make sure that you have the "Connected User Experiences and Telemetry"-setting enabled.

This setting can be found:

1) Win-Button (on your keyboard)

2) Type in "services"

3) Look for "Connected User Experiences and Telemetry"

4) right click on it and choose settings

5) make sure it's set to "automatic" and run it

6) start your game on your PC and do an achievement and it should work (!!!if that was the problem!!!)

This is what happened to me ...so it's just an idea and done in under 2min

 

Hey, DEVIN! Any issues with achievements need to be troubleshot with
this sticky. There are PC steps in there that you should follow. They are for Windows 8, but the same functionality exists on Windows 10. If they don't help you out, there is a survey you can take at the bottom of that sticky.

Please note that this will not assist you in unlocking your achievements individually, but will help us gather information to look for potential issues.

I understand that this is a very generic answer, however this is all the troubleshooting we have available for achievements at this time.

The Bingo achievements do have a known issue, however there is no update on that situation. For
Age of Empires issues, be sure you reach out to them via their forums, too. Hopefully this will help you out a bit more if the sticky alone doesn't get you fully sorted.
