Windows 10 X Box Live Solitare Collection

X Box Solitare Collection will not open in Windows 10. I click on the box and it just flickers. Worked fine for about 1 1/2 months then just quit.

Updated to Win 10 from Win 7.

Playing as quest

Everytime i turn my computer off then back on microsoft solitare collection goes back to original from Microsoft solitare collection ,I use jumbo, never had this problem until update windows 10 version 1803. Pleas help

Let's try uninstalling the app from your PC. Once the app is uninstalled, restart your PC, then re-download Xbox Live Solitaire Collection. Keep us in the loop with the results of the reinstall!

 

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately it did not work. Uninstalled/restarted/reinstalled and it is still just flickering when I click on it.

 

Sorry to hear that didn't clear up the issue for you.

Do you have a different Microsoft Account on your PC you can sign into and try starting the game from? If not, let's try adding another account to your PC by typing in the Cortana Search Bar "Add Account" and selecting "Add, edit, or remove Other users".
From there you can add another user to your PC.

 

It works on my wife's account. I guess I should initiate a new account for myself.
