    Windows 10 Wireless Xbox Adapter


    I bought this adapter some time ago and left it sitting on my desk for more than a month before I attempted to use it. As per the instructions, I plugged it in and it appears to be DOA. The following are the Event details, and I've run all of the CMD
    checks with zero corruption detected. This being a Win 10 PnP device, it leverages the Windows drivers and doesn't give me the option to update them from Hardware Properties, and when I run the update from the Device Manager, it tells me the driver is up-to-date.
    I assume I just have a faulty device, but was curious if anyone had any other thoughts about correcting the problem.

    Yes, I have pressed and held the pairing button.

    Yes, I have done all these steps with the wireless adapter as well, save for swapping it out for another one, which I don't have.
