Windows 10 Will Not Detect My Xbox

Hi all,

I am after some help, I just don't know what the problem is. Today I purchased a Linx Vison tablet with the Xbox controller pad thingy. I've read the manual and setup the allow streaming etc. But window 10 will not see the Xbox. I have tried the Xbox connected
wirelessly to the router and also hard wired. I downloaded Xbox glass app onto my iPhone and that can see the XboX no problem but same app on windows 10 it just won't detect it. So Im of the belief the issue is with Windows 10. I've doubled checked the network
settings they are all good. I've turned off he firewall, im just lost. The Linx pad connects fine to the Internet through my router.

Any ideas?

I am using xbox on windows 10 on my pc and it wont detect my microphone.

I have gone into the settings and allowed xbox access to my mic but when i start or join a party it still wont detect my mic. it just says mic not detected over my name in the party.

any help would be great

 

Xbox One Error With Headphone And Microphone

every time I connect the headphones did not detect the microphone, just let me hear but can not speak, same with Xbox on Windows 10. Why is that?

 

Hi Overlord, What version of the app are you using? Are you seeing this issue also happening with Xbox App (Beta)? You can DL the app located here:
www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H or go to the Store app, search for “Xbox beta” and it will show up as a search result. If your able to reproduce, help us out by using the "report
a problem" in the beta app. This will gather helpful data and report it to the developer to help with the investigation. If we have further questions we will contact you.

Got it working. Did a Windows update and it sprang to life. Very happy now.
