Windows 10 Version running. No Additional Content seems to be working though

Discus and support Windows 10 Version running. No Additional Content seems to be working though in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the Ultimate Edition for play anywhere but none of the Add-on bundle content is loading or accessible in game.     I bought the Ultimate Edition for play anywhere but none of the Add-on bundle content is loading or accessible in game. Is there something I need to do to get this working?

    Windows live service

    I am unable to get my Windows live service running each time that I try it errors out with connection error I'm able to access the Internet with no problem I have run the troubleshooter it does not find the error either I am now running Windows 10 my service
    was working before I install Windows 10 please assist in resolving problems

    Fable III - Windows 10 - Cannot connect to the LIVE Service?

    I am also running Windows 10. I feel as though it is an issue with the CD versions of the game specifically.

    As additional step, whats Windows 10 are you running? You can check it by press Windows key + R and type Winver in the Run window, if you are lower than 1909, like 1903 or 1809 or 1803, I strongly suggest you to upgrade/update your Windows 10 installation
    because newer Windows 10 versions comes out with various fixex for Game Pass on PC.

    it would make sense that smartglass works best on windows devices. though it seems to run fine on ios.

    id imagine a big problem with android is how fractured it is. while its the most common, google has quite a few versions out and each manufacturer seems to modify it making more versions.
