    Windows 10 Update and Xbox App


    Looking for group doesn't work anymore. App crashes periodically. Problems occur after the latest windows update.

    My xbox loses the connection when I am broadcasting with the windows 10 xbox app.

    My xbox loses the connection when I am broadcasting with the windows 10 xbox app. And also with another Xbox app (Android and Windows 10).

    After this last update. Right after 5 minutes I'm having trouble with the Xbox App for Android and Windows 10.

    Only after restarting the console does it work again.

    If you encounter issues with the Xbox app after installing the latest updates for Windows 10, this may be due to the updates for the app that were not properly installed. For us to determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Have you tried accessing other applications and check if the same issue occurs?

    6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
    7. Launch the Xbox app and check if the same instance occurs.

    Thanks for reaching out! In reference to your question, Xbox app and games are updated periodically. The Xbox app will automatically update itself through the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10, but there are occasions when a game or an app may fail to update.
    In such cases, you’ll have to manually update your games and apps to get to the latest version on the PC you are using.
