Windows 10, support and release date

Will windows 10 support Halo MCC and Halo 5 guardians, I saw Halo 5 guardians in the Windows 10 video so I'm assuming that is supported. Will it support Madden, WWE, GTAV, CoD AW or Ghosts?

And when is the release date?

Didn't get recore windows 10 code

I pre ordered recore 5 hours before release date on my xbox one s and I didn't get an email for my windows 10 code.

Make sure that your computer is up to date, as well as your chipset drivers being up to date. Windows 10 supports both wired and wireless controllers, of both the XBONE and the 360. So the issue isn't with Windows 10 per-say, just with your current configuration
and/or drivers.

I am guessing but I think he means will he be able to play all of those games on Windows 10?

 

Nothing has been confirmed. Running Windows 10 on my PC currently and the Xbox app is very limited to what they showed off.

 

I'm hyped for Windows 10. Microsoft has announced it will be coming out late this year and will be in retail stores some new PC's will have it. I watched a Windows 10 video with use of the Xbox app by Phil Spencer it's a video which can be found on Microsoft's
official Xbox Youtube channel. It looks really cool. I like the idea of unifying Microsoft OS and Xbox and how they say the OS is made FOR YOU, NOT WE/US. Which means they care about you! That's.... how I'll put it.

I have an HP Pavilion dv6 with Windows 7 64-bit Home, Intel Core i5 4gb ram and 1gb AMD HD Radeon 6490 which can't play The Sims 3 without crashing. Got it mid 2011 new. Am considering getting a new laptop when Windows 10 comes out late this year. I watched
some Youtube videos and many of them show speed tests and that boot times and CPU performance are slack compared to Windows 8.1 and Windows 7. But Windows 10 is still only in Technical Preview. The Finished Product should be a lot better. Introduce stuff we
want to use while STILL keeping the speed and performance UP. I love the Xbox 360 Dashboard Windows 7 and Windows 10 UI. But I don't love the Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Xbox 1 Dashboard UI.

 

that doesn't make sense that your comp can't play the sims, I have a very mediocre comp and I stream wow and starcraft... no matter how much money you throw at a computer, if you don't reformat and update it the right way its never going to perform well...

... you need to install your drivers first(before you run windows update) ... and its important to idle before and after updating in between restarts and even after the initial reformat

a computer not updated at all for example(straight after reformat) has five times less performance than that of one updated correctly

and a computer that is updated correctly(hardware before windows update including idling) will perform 1/3 better than a computer that just ran windows update and installed the drivers

I know it doesn't make sense, and computers shouldn't even require you to install games and should just be like consoles and reformat themselves, but it is the way it is

I'm in the technical preview as well. The Xbox app in the current build isn't what will ultimately be released. I believe we'll get more of the promised features in the next update. I'm dying to try this out!

 

what do you mean by support those games? If you mean buy them on PC then no, not as i understand it.

you will need an xbox and those games to 'stream' them to the xbox app on a windows 10 device

 

minus what I said about games shouldn't be installed... they should be installed...(this is totally off topic)

so how does it work... you buy the games on your xbox, you can play them on your computer with zero frame delay? but they don't get installed...?

Buy the games on Xbox One. Play on PC. And hopefully vice versa (not confirmed).

Zero delay on a local network with sufficient broadband speeds.

That's what they're claiming anyway.

Probably more info at GDC in March.

 

I load up BF Hardline on my Xbox... I go sit at my PC, the visuals are streamed through my network to my PC monitor, I plug the controller directly into my PC with the micro USB wire,

Will also stream to tablets etc

If there is lag.. I doubt it will be MS fault but your network specs .Dont expect the guys with the bare minimum 5/3 to enjoy this.. they wont

 

The ydid mention a Beta test phase...anyone know when this timeline could possible be?

 

I understand xbox is coming to windows 10 but what i wanna know is windows 10 coming to xbox one
