Windows 10 Streaming Issues

Hi

I've just given Windows 10 streaming a try, great idea BTW and it does work kinda but I hit a few issues.

1. It judders like mad, I tried a quick game of Fifa and the ball kept skipping frames and the sound was awful.

2. The Wife gave me hell as it knocked out the TV app when I started to play Fifa, I would have thought given the way the Xbox works she would still be able to watch TV (totally defeats the object otherwise, the main reason I can see this being used is when
somebody else wants to use the TV).

3. Why can't it stream TV, it just says this can't happen, I was all ready to cancel sky multiroom.

4. When I turn on my Xbox via the Xbox Windows 10 app it doesn't just turn on the Xbox, oh no it turns on the TV, the STB and the sound system!!! This needs to be changed (Obviously when I'm sat at the TV I want everything to come on but not if I'm lying
in bed at midnight and just want a quick game of Fifa).

5. I have a site to site VPN to my office (for boring things)...if I took my laptop to work would this work over the VPN (in lunch time of course....)?

That's it really, I know it's (very) early days but just thought I'd ask.

will windows 10 stream the games the are xbox and xbox 360 as well as the xbox one games

 

xbox 360 and xbox games on xbox one do they stream into windows 10

Hey there, alien aeon! I got you access to the
Preview Program Support forums so that you can see about getting invited again to the Preview for Xbox One. Streaming to Windows 10 may run into issues if your console isn't in preview as well.

As for any issues with Windows 10, you will want to post in the
Technical Preview Support forums on our Answers site. Thanks for understanding!
