Windows 10 store saying I don't own Gears of war 4 but I own the pre ordered version and ...

I launched the game when it came out at 9 o'clock yesterday. I've been playing it until 12a.m when I got signed out of xbox live because it told me my internet connection had something wrong with it but it didn't because I was connected to everything except
the xbox app. I go to check the windows 10 store and it says I own the pre-Ordered copy of Gears of war 4 but I don't own the game.https://puu.sh/rF5x5/2502b2fb20.jpg http://puu.sh/rF5WD/1dcf9563d3.jpg .
I have no idea what is going on and I'd love some help figuring out what happened because I've purchased the game and played it for 3 hours until this happened.

Hello, Amazon would have their own set of pre-order bonuses that they would have listed in their description. The free Windows 10 version would have been if you pre-ordered the game digitally on the Xbox Store.

If you are looking to buy the windows 10 version you can find it in the windows 10 store.

Xbox or Windows 10?

Hello all,

How can I tell if I have pre-ordered a Windows 10 version of the game, or an Xbox version?

I cant don't see anywhere that confirms what I have actually bought (I don't own an XBox).

Hi,

As I am seeing your print screens, I just checked if I have the same as you.

And guess what, Exactly the same as you.

Can you check this please?

Open the Windows Store app from the task bar and head to your account.

Click on your user picture and choose My Library

If Gears of War 4 doesn't appear there, click on Show All

Also check if there is no update for the game

If you see the game in the My Library, you own the game and you can play with it!

So apparently it was ony a glitch at 1 in the morning everything is working and I wasted my time trying to fix it. Thanks for trying to help

Are you signed into the Windows 10 PC with the same account that digitally owns Gears of War 4? If so, navigate to 'My library' within the Windows Store app on Windows 10 and Gears of War 4 should be listed in your library. If you don't see it there, your
Windows 10 PC may need to be updated. You can update your PC by searching 'Check for updates' within the Start Menu.

Don't fret, all Xbox Play Anywhere games such as Gears of War 4 play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. First, make sure your Windows 10 PC has been fully updated with the Anniversary Update. You can find Windows updates by searching 'Check for updates'
within the Start menu.

Once you've done that, open the Windows Store and navigate to the Gears of War 4 product page to install the game. You must be signed into the same Microsoft Account that owns the Gears of War 4 license to be able to download and install the game on Windows
10.

So I have the anniversary update for windows 10, but I stil don't have the option to download gears of war 4 on my pc. Is this something you cant preload on pc, and I have pre ordered the normal edition of gears on the xbox one. When I look in the store
