Windows 10 Store App - Can't purchase chargeable games

I'm using Windows 10 on my ACER laptop and noticed that a couple of Halo games (Halo Spartan **** and Halo Spartan Strike) are on offer. I can't purchase them at all. I click the price and another small window opens telling me "just a moment" with a loading
circle spinning and that's all it does. Other non-gaming apps will download and work fine and even free games will work. I've tried other paid games but nothing seems to work. Any help please?

Also, I can't purchase directly from here -

Buy Halo: Spartan Strike - Microsoft Store en-GB - as it just takes me back to the Store app.

Can I transfer the Xbox Insider Hub App, from the 360 to my Windows 10 Machine

Can I transfer the Xbox Insider Hub App, from the 360 to my Windows 10 Machine? I can't download the app from the Microsoft website. Windows Store App is blocked by my school. Ideas?!

Hey there, Dat Boi Treezy! I see you're on your laptop. Are you able to go wired on your laptop and try this, or use a desktop PC to make the purchases? The symptoms you're describing are common when it's not making a connection for any reason. Give that
a shot and let us know how it works!

Try pressing Windows Key + R and running "wsreset"

This clears the cache from the Windows Store as I'm aware. It could help

Have you purchased Minecraft for Windows 10? If yes, you have to log the account that purchased the game into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10. Open the app and in the upper right corner you can log in with the account that purchased the game.

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10, log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner, then look for the game in the store and you should be able to install the game.
