[Windows 10] Server connectivity blocked

Hello, I have a problem with the teredo service of Microsoft. I doesn't let me connect to someone else in the XBOX Applet on Windows 10.

I checked the options in my router, disabled the toredo filter and opend the port 3826 [UDP] for my device

Still, the XBOX Server Connectivity is blocked and i have no idea how i can solve it. There are other solutions I already checked, restart IP-Helper and XBOX Live Networkhelper, run some netsh commands, at least the disable toredo filter under my router
fixed the NAT-Typ but other then that nothing changed.

Also many problems got solved by adding a legacy driver or reinstall the teredo network adapter (that thing doesnt show up under my device manager, whatever i do)

So the only thing that could be wrong is a port forwarding problem... caused by Windows netsh, firewall or Router Port one of these thing must be the root of all evil. Any idea what it is?
