[Windows 10] Problem with Xbox Live in Forza Motorsport 7 (Can't play)

What am i supposed to do when i can't connect to Xbox Live (you need it to play) in Forza Motorsport 7 ?

Hello i wonder if i buy Forza Motorsport 7 UE from Windows store i use Windows 10 can i also play it on my Xbox One i live in Sweden and i can use Live

It is a Xbox play anywhere game for both Xbox One and Win 10 i should be able to play it on both PC and Xbox?
