Windows 10 Minecraft CTD when using Xbox Live account

Whenever I try to play Minecraft for Windows 10 and am logged into my Xbox Live account the game immediately CTD if I try to Play or use Store. The first two splash screens will USUALLY come up. As soon as I make a choice that includes those two items then
the game will close. Sometimes it gets to the world choice screen. Sometimes it won't. If I open the game and do not sign into Xbox Live, the game plays normally, however I do not have access to my Realms server that I use with my son.

I have:

1. Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game including cleaning the registry between and restarting the computer.

2. Reset all of my game settings to the original default.

3. Updated Windows and Graphics drivers to the most current versions.

4. Cleared the %appdata% for Minecraft then uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have done this on both my tablet and desktop with the same result.

How to do crossplay Windows 10 and XBOX One Minecraft

I recently purchased Minecraft for XBOX One, Minecraft for Windows 10, and a Gold Live Subscription. All are using the same gamer account for XBOX. Both the XBOX One and the Windows 10 computer are on the same network. How do I get them to play together
in crossplay?

Minecraft windows 10 issue

when i open up minecraft windows 10 beta xbox live will pop up and say theres an error. i check my account but everything is fine..what can i be?

When you redeemed your Java Minecraft on Mojang, you have gotten a 5x5 code to redeem Minecraft on the Windows 10 store.

This redemption is a separate service of your Mojang account, and it's possible to use a Microsoft Account email that is different from your Mojang account email.

Mojang (which gives you Java Minecraft) is separate from the Microsoft Windows Store App, which uses a Microsoft Account email when you redeemed that 5x5 code.

After redemption of that code, the Windows 10 Minecraft is tied to the Microsoft Account email you used on your Windows 10 PC. From then on, you don't really need the Mojang account anymore, if you only want to play on Windows 10. You will then get the game
from the Windows 10 store only, with the E-Mail account you used on the Windows 10 store during code redemption.

So make sure you are signed in with the Microsoft Account email (which might not necessarily be the Mojang account email) when you use the Windows 10 Store app to re-download your Windows 10 Minecraft again.

This might not be related but I had to add both of my sons again as friends to my Xbox live account with their Microsoft Xbox live accounts. The problem I am having is when launch Minecraft on Windows 10, I host the game. They can see me now and access
the game on LAN sharing but when they go to get in, it says Access not allowed. (All of us running Windows 10) If they host a Minecraft game I cannot access but they can access each other.

The issue just started happening since the last update from patch Tuesday. Maybe the underlying issue is with the Microsoft Live account.

No, sorry maybe I posted in the wrong section. This is a PC with Windows 10. When I saw "Xbox for Windows 10" I assumed that was referring to the Xbox Live thing I signed into on my Windows 10 PC when I played Minecraft.
