Windows 10 Mahjong - Statistics will not reset

Discus and support Windows 10 Mahjong - Statistics will not reset in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; No matter what I do, the stats in Mahjong (Win 10) will not reset.     Windows 10 Mahjong - Statistics will not reset


    No matter what I do, the stats in Mahjong (Win 10) will not reset. I get a message saying they have been reset but nothing changes. I've tried uninstalling to no avail.

    Oh another solution - make sure you're not running the program and then go to:

    C:\users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\

    Look for the Microsoft.MicrosoftMahjong folder and rename it/move it. Re-run the program and see what happens.

    Oh another solution - make sure you're not running the program and then go to:

    C:\users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\

    Look for the Microsoft.MicrosoftMahjong folder and rename it/move it. Re-run the program and see what happens.

    Can you share a screenshot of the description with us? We just checked in the Windows Store and weren't seeing this in the description or seeing an option in the game either.
