Windows 10 Halo Games

Iv had both Halo games now on windows since 8.1 was out. Now im on windows 10 preview 10565 neither of the game will work. They both open then close straght away. I have uninstalled them and reinstalled but still have same issue.

How many consoles do you have include gaming pc and handled

Currently Own:

PC - needs an upgrade but runs games at decent settings on Windows 8
Surface RT
Nokia Lumia 920
4x Xbox 360's - 2005 launch console, Halo 3, Halo Reach and Halo 4 consoles.

Windows 10, support and release date

Will windows 10 support Halo MCC and Halo 5 guardians, I saw Halo 5 guardians in the Windows 10 video so I'm assuming that is supported. Will it support Madden, WWE, GTAV, CoD AW or Ghosts?

And when is the release date?

Hey there, APEX ASSASSlN! It looks like there are some known issues with memory leaks in build 10565 according to another Staff member. This might be what is causing this issue.

Since this is an Insider issue, though, I suggest checking out the
Windows Insider Program site and forums there to see if there are any known fixes for this. Please do post back if you find a solution, or if your issue is resolved by another update! We'll be more than excited to see how your situation turns out.

Only halo wars and halo wars 2.

In other games, everything is fine.

PC, windows 10.

Hi,

Windows 10 games dont require xbox live gold to play. Since Halo Wars 2 will be a play anywhere game, no gold required for windows 10, but if you decide to play on xbox one, you will need xbox live gold.
