Windows 10/Glass/Xbox one not consistently connecting

I tried getting help from the Microsoft help but they didn't feel like helping, and they kicked me over here. The Glass codes I've received so far is 80000006, 8000001f, and one I think is something like 800c0001.

The following is a copy-paste of my original post, it's too long to repeat and now my shift button is screwing up. Why can't things *just* work:

"In short, I'm having a very frustrating time trying to keep my Windows 10 and Xbox connected. Let's start the scenario from scratch:

Everything is updated. Xbox is set to instant-on, with hard-drive on. Everything is rebooted fresh, and connected to the internet through a router by hardwire cable. I turn on the Xbox, phone and computer find the system and connect, and I can perform as
normal. While streaming through my computer (I rarely have anything bad happen on day 1, but still happens), sometimes the controls get stuck on whatever action I happen to be doing at that immediate time, often just walking, and absolutely no response with
the controller. Annoying, but whatever it's a error that I figure is one of those things. Re-plugging the controller almost never works. Sometimes, turning off stream and turning it back on fixes the connection. More often, turning off and on just results
in a darker version of what I was looking at when I pushed the button to start the stream, like a tint filter was put over it. Off and on doesn't work, and if I refresh the windows app oh joy, it can't see the xbox. Try on smartglass, sometimes I see it sometimes
not. If I do see it, I reboot the entire computer and that tends to work. If I don't, I go to the other corner of the house to manually turn it on. That works, plot twist, some of the time. More often lately it doesn't do a thing, and now I have to do a full
reboot of the xbox.

Am I making my point with the numerous "sometimes"? Past day 1, it's a total crapshoot of what's going to happen, and I'm not understanding why it just. doesn't. work. My best guess is the router, but I don't know why it would cause such a wide variety of
issues at random times of the week. It used to be fine for a week and a half or so, but it's now literally every other day if not more often and I'm about to throw something out the literal window.

Most of what I can find out that's relevant either didn't work, or I'm already doing for temporary fixes. There's no permanent fix that I'm able to find."

Xbox app and Xbox 1 aren't connecting

I started having similar issues with my windows 10 xbox app and my XB1 not connecting a few days ago. it worked a prior and nothing new in network. both are wire connected, also tried WiFi no go. Xbox 360 can not connect with Smart glass either, Same with
Xbox 1 (using different versions of Xbox SmartGlass. Smartglass gives 0x80030004 error

 

Xbox One won't connect to my Xbox app on my laptop.

everything was reboot and power cycled.

 

I still can't connect without rebooting the xbox, and it's gotten worse to the point that I can reboot the xbox, then not even 3 hours later my computer can't connect.
