Windows 10, Glass, refusing to sync with Xbone

I don't know why I keep having problems with keeping my Windows stuff synced. I know for a fact that it's nothing I'm doing, or the router is doing. I've played for a good while on my xbox streamed to my PC, and it was also connected to Glass on my phone.
No problems except for some stream lag that shouldn't even be. I come home from work, and it absolutely refuses to acknowledge the existence of my Xbox. I even rebooted my computer yet again, which tends to solve it but it still doesn't see it. I'd reboot
my xbox but I just did that earlier today already, there's no need to do it again. I rebooted the app on my phone completely, still nothing. Rebooted with xbox literally on, still doesn't see it. Everything updated, nothing.

I keep having this problem all the damn time and it's really ticking me off. I shouldn't have to keep troubleshooting them every damn time when not a damn thing has changed within the day. And it's inconsistent, sometimes it screws around same day like today,
sometimes it's a few weeks of working as it should.

Windows 10, support and release date

@ Ghostz Because XBOne is based on Windows 8 not 10.

You mean a update don't you tohell ? to make it compatible with Windows 10.

XBOne os was designed on Windows 8 hence the tiles look.

 

XBone controller not working

I paired my xbone controller with Windows 10 PC using the PC adapter. It was working fine on my PC.

I am trying to get the controller to work again with my xbone console but it doesn't connect.

I already disabled the windows 10 pc adapter and tried resyncing the controller to console wirelessly and with usb cable. Both seem to fail

Any ideas?
