Windows 10 GFWL Marketplace Unable to retrieve purchase history

hello Support,

I recently started playing Fable 3 again with a friend of mine, but after hours and hours of reinstalling software and trouble shooting i have come to the conclusion something is wrong with my live account and this is most likely the reason that when i start
GFWL Marketplace and i login i get an error: Unable to retrieve Purchase history. log-off and try again later.

(for the record, marketplace start fine, it just can't download my purchases)

- I can however check my Game purchases within the Xbox app on windows 10, but there are no DLC's to be found anywhere within that app.

- In-game (fable 3) i am able to sign in with GFWL (home button) and my profile loads up. it even shows the DLC's check-marked i am even able to click download again. a download session start but fails within seconds ''can not download'' error shows up.

Im pretty sure its account related since i used my friends account to login on my pc, and i was able to retrieve HIS purchase history and also download his DLC's for Fable 3 (we have the same dlc's).

This proofs, in my opinion that the problem is not on my pc but within my live account!

I have bought all the DLC's in the past and i really would like to download them within the marketplace, so im able to use them in-game again since this would just be fair.

Please provide support regarding this issue, and check my account!

GFWL Marketplace - An unknown error has occurred when retrieving keys

I'm having an issue with the GFWL Marketplace client. My purchase history updates fine and I can view all of my purchased content, but when I try to retrieve the keys for my content, I receive an error. The error states "An unknown error has occurred"

I have installed the GFWL Marketplace client on my brand new laptop with a fresh install of Windows 10 and the error still occurs.

CAN ANYONE FIX THIS PLS? PEOPLE PAID FOR THEIR GAMES AND ON THE XBOX PAGE YOU STATE:

"Although you will not be able to purchase new games, you can continue to enjoy previously purchased content by downloading them through the Games for Windows LIVE client software as usual."

I'M GOING TO RAISE THIS WITH WATCHDOG UK AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Hi,

I'm That friend! with me DLC/Addons just install fine via GFWL Marketplace.

we really really want to start playing together WITH the dlc (since we paid for it).

Also in the past (2013) we didn't experience any issues.

please MS, don't punish people for loving older games

we're already hurt by the fact that you guys closed the best game dev studio in history (lionhead).

the website is able to fetch this data, unfortunately the GFWL Marketplace is not.

Also; i have tested this on a Different computer, on a Different
Internet connection and i still get the same error.

As stated above the website is able to show me my purchases, but the marketplace is not.
