    Windows 10 Gamertag Change page doesn't load properly.


    Long story short, I'm trying to change my gamertag via Windows 10 (since I don't actually own an Xbox), but whenever I try to claim my new gamertag and pay for it, it just never finishes loading the page where I'm supposed to click to confirm the transaction. It
    just stays like this:

    My internet connection is fine, I've tried this same thing on Chrome, MS Edge and IE, and Xbox Live serves are apparently fine. But every time, the gray circular thing of despair just keeps on turning. Is there something wrong with my account or are the
    servers being a bit iffy?

    Hello, my name is Sergio and i'm from Spain, i'd like to change my gamertag but when i go to the option to change the gamertag it redirects me to the american support page. I'm on Windows 10, tried on my browser and the xbox app, even checked the MStore.
    I just can't find the option. If i try to buy the change from the american support page it doesn't allow me because it requires an state.

    I've just realised that when going onto my profile on my xbox it constantly has 'Appearing Offline' under my gamertag and doesn't change when I change offline/online with either the console of the windows 10 app

    Recieving error code when trying to access Privacy and Online settings

    I'm actually not sure why it doesn't create the gamertag for the parent automatically, but I'm glad that you're now able to reach the privacy and online settings page and edit your settings properly. The gamertag that is generated for the parental account
    is a randomly generated one, and you can change it one time for free if you'd like to do so.

    Try uninstalling, restart your PC and install again. Make sure that everything is update.

    Sometimes the UI loads and a second or two later I get the error.

    Going to try updating the drivers for my GPU
