Windows 10 game version needed

Good day Promotional Team,

I have ordered a digital game through the Xbox one which the license went through my Xbox. Now, as I was able to receive the code for ALAN WAKE without a problem. However, the Quantum Break Windows 10 version doesn't seem to show up for Windows
10 but for XBOX ONE. That was confirmed by the chat representative. I have already redeemed the code to my account as well, so I have the 2 license for the same game. Please send me a Windows 10 Quantum Break code.

Looking for Answers on fixing Hydro Thunder Hurricane for Windows 10. I have purchased the full version and whenever i load it from Desktop/AppStore/XboxApp the game runs in trail/demo mode only. Help needed.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify did you redeem the Quantum Break Windows 10 from the

Redeem Your Code or Gift Card page? If so, were you prompted to install the Quantum Break after redeeming your code? When you get a chance, I suggested going to the Windows Store and searching for Quantum Break. If your code was already redeemed on your Goodie
Junior account, you should see the option to install the game.

When you get a chance, go ahead and try the suggested steps and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

Yes I redeemed the code on that page. I was never prompted for a install option. When I go to Quantum Break on the Windows Store there is no option to install the game, it just lists the purchase price.

Are you signed into the account that redeemed the code on the Windows Store? To verify the proper account is signed into the Windows 10 store, click your Microsoft Account picture next to the search bar and you should see the exact email address that is
currently signed in. Let us know what you find!

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, you are unable to transfer the game. There are two different versions. There is the Xbox one version, and also a Windows 10 version. You woud need to purchase the

Windows 10 version in this case.
