Windows 10 Game Bar in the MTA San Andreas

The game bar works perfectly in any game on the computer. But when I open the MTA San Andreas the bar does not appear.

I've tried opening in window mode, full screen, different resolution. Simply when I press Win + G nothing happens, unlike the other games I have here that when I give Win + G the bar appears, allowing me to record, etc.

I want to know how I can fix this.

And I already have the latest version.

also I have a windows mobile 10 (lumia 930) I hope always to come back as a system but we are left to fend for ourselves ... gta san andreas would be the only one who finds ...

Since its in San Andreas I am guessing they might have 2 disks. 1 for campaign and 1 for multiplayer. Thats if they put ALL of San Andreas into the game. Right now they only showed Los Santos which is the lower right island of San Andreas.

Go back to the crazy over the top game play that Grand Theft Auto was built on and go back to San Andreas, or design a new sandbox that is just as big and varied as San Andreas was. It was so boring and painful to stick to Liberty City after experiencing
San Andreas.
