Hello. Typically, the reason this is happening is because the game(s) are licensed to another Xbox 360, a past one that you may have had or used to purchase the games. While the games are licensed for use with your gamertag when connected to Xbox LIVE, if
they are NOT licensed to your current Console then you won't have FULL GAME access to the games when disconnected from Xbox LIVE.



You may need to do a license transfer to have your console registered for past purchases made on another console. In order to play these games offline you would then need to redownload the games/content to your current Xbox 360. You can transfer content
licenses from one console to another once every four months.



If your console was recently repaired, or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the license transfer option on your console to transfer content licenses.



Here’s how:

1.On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

2.Go to the Settings, and then select Account.

After the licenses are transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licenses. This way the content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox LIVE.

Content is licensed to both the gamertag that purchases it as well as the console that it is initially downloaded to. If you've downloaded it to a second console or a replacement console, you may need to do a License Transfer. Without a license transfer,
you will need to be signed into your Xbox Live account in order to access the content.
