Windows 10: Fast Travel Does Not Work

The fast travel stations do not work most of the time. The map is shown, I can scroll up and down, but no cursor to select a fast travel target is displayed.

This was working at the station at the pylon (just after the beginning of the game) but is not working on the next stations so far.

Fast travel is discounted by breaking the fast travel boards. I haven't hit them all so I'm not sure if you eventually get to the point where fast travel is free.

The fast travel perk does not affect the cost of fast travel. The fast travel perk simply allows fast travel to more locations on the map (without the perk you can only fast travel to select events).

Got the fast travels (sign posts) to work by going back to an earlier save but lost 10 hours of game play have seen on some other forums that the same has happened to other people aswell about loosing the use of fast travels after the update

 

Move the mouse a bit and it will show.
