Windows 10 ebook microsoft Credit not received

The Terms: Limit 1 per customer. Customer must purchase a book between June 21, 2017 12:01 am ET and June 30, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST from Windows Store. Not valid on prior orders or purchases, or free books; cannot be transferred or otherwise redeemed for
cash. Microsoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue offers at any time. Once purchased, an e-mail will follow within ten days with a promotional gift code. You must redeem code by August 15, 2017 and spend within 90 days of redemption. Gift code is
valid in the United States only at select Microsoft digital stores for eligible purchases.

Purchased an ebook on 6/26 and still have not got an email for a $5.00 microsoft credit.

What can i do?

Have not received Quantum Break Windows 10 pre-order code

I'm am posting to inform Microsoft service that I have not received my Quantum Break for Windows 10 pre-order code; please assist me. thanks!

 

Fallout 4 did not receive credit

The $10 credit was a Microsoft Store promotion so you would have to contact support at microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the games digitally, you would not have been eligible.

If you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift codes.

 

You'll need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com for assistance with that offer.

 

That is where i started and they directed me here. Not sure what to from here.
