Windows 10 doesn't detect my new xbox one controller

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your controller doesn't seem to be pairing with your PC but it still works when connected with a USB cable. If you haven't already done so, try updating the controller drivers on your PC as explained on the bottom
section of our
Using Xbox Controller on PC.

1. Point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then select
   Search.
2. Enter Device Manager in the search box, and then select
   Device Manager.
   
   Note Windows may ask you for an administrator password or to confirm your choice.
   
3. Locate and expand Microsoft Xbox One Controller.
4. Right-click the expanded Microsoft Xbox One Controller and select
   Update Driver Software.
5. Select Search Automatically for Updated Software.

In addition to this, you can also update/reinstall the Bluetooth drivers on your PC. Let us know how it goes!

Don't worry i tried it, but i still can't see it

I'm gonna try on a friend computer tomorrow and i'll let you know the result, so we'll know if it comes from the controller or my computer

I tried that again, and nothing changed, everything was already updated

Be sure to be holding the sync button while pairing. I would go back and try again following the bluetooth steps closely. If no luck, a wired connection may be best, the wire would only cost a few dollars as micro usb cables are cheap.
