Windows 10 code from Quantum Break pre order not received

I bought the pre order for XBONE on March 25th, but I still haven´t received my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break. I was hoping to get it before getting to far on the game, so I could enjoy the better graphics on PC.

Chatting with MS customer support I was told to post the problem here so I could get help on the matter. Is there any timeframe for the codes?

Not received the Pre-Order Bonuses of Quantum Break

I pre-ordered the Quantum Break game on (03/11) from Microsoft ecompany store.
I have still not received the my pre-order bonus code for

1. Quantum Break Windows 10 game

2. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare

Hey there!

Quantum Break on Windows 10 codes will go out 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release, similar to the Alan Wake codes.

Post up a new thread if you don't get your codes 10 days after Quantum Break's release!

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

Just a heads up, we are looking into an issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Just wanted to clarify with you on the details of the promotion, since you mentioned you purchased Quantum Break on the release date, you will not be eligible for Quantum Break on Windows 10 as that was for users that pre-ordered before the release.

The disc version of the game is not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10, as that specific promotion is for digital pre-orders only. For specific information, please check out the
