Windows 10 Code for Quantum Break

Hi, I preordered Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store on February 12 (Order Number [Mod Removed]), but it's been 36 hours since the game released and I still haven't received the code for the Windows 10 version. More worrisome is that
I also haven't received any kind of communication saying that I WILL receive my code. I spoke with a support representative who advised me to post here. I would appreciate any info you can provide me, and please let me know if there is anything else you need
from me so that I can receive my code in a timely manner.

No code for Quantum Break PC

Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?

As far as I know the promotions from Quantum break will be send out with in 7 to 10 days from the time the game was release, so since the game is newly release I think there are still couple of days before we receive the game. =) I am also waiting for the
promotions. I will just wait 7 -10 days. Days count start April 5, 2016.

For sure, I haven't received mine either. It's a joke pre-ordering when the game is released but you don't get the content you pay for..........when I pre-order for both Xbox One and the PC and release date has come and went and they both don't come out
together..........that is terrible business practices..........but since Microsoft pretty much as the market on Operating Systems and Games that work with Xbox One and the PC they just flat out don't care. A release date is a release date and all content
should be released to the consumer on the release date as the consumer is the ones (that's us by the way Microsoft) that actually keeps the company in business.
