Windows 10 - Can't join clubs etc.

In the Windows 10 Xbox app i can neither join clubs nor request invitations although because apparently, these features are blocked by my privacy settings which is not the case, joining clubs is allowed according to them.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi want to get a big letter in the beginning of my gamertag. Could you fix that? Also i can't join clubs through Xbox on Windows 10 but can join clubs in game.

 

Unable to join more than one club

With my XBox app on Windows 10 I am able to join a club, which I did.

But as soon as I try to join another club, the app tells me that I can not join more clubs.

I can't imagine that this is intended by Microsoft, so how can I be a member of more than one club?

 

I would try to re-login or power cycle

maybe this helps

 

Re-login in the Xbox app doesn't help and if you power cycling means restarting the pc, it doesn't help too.

For now try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, change the settings. Also, please try another device to see
if it is possible to change the Online
Safety and Privacy Settingslike a phone, tablet, etc.
