Windows 10 Ark

So I have the problem for years now, I bought ark for Windows 10 so I can play with my friends on xbox but when I want to travel from point a to point b at one point all textures start missing so the games gets unplayable. To fix the textures I have to log off the server and join back on, then the textures are back but the proble will repeat after I travel some distance again... this is really annoying and ruins the complete experience. Why is this still not fixed? I trid everything I reinstalled the game and change tried all graphic settings but nothing seems to help. I think my pc cant be the problem, my specs: Rtx 3080, AMD ryzen 9 3900 and 32gigs of DDR4 ram. I payed 60€ for a game that ins't playable, I saw multiple people having the same issue for years why ins't Microsoft doing anything about it, I feel left alone from the Microsoft team with that issue... Microsoft and wildcard seem to know about that issue but nobody is adressing it out better try to fix it. It cant be that hard the wildcard has a functioning pc verion on steam how can the windows 10 version be so broke? I have the feeling they simply dont care and then I dont understand why Microsoft isn't stepping in to help us users and customers I am a little disappointed. Please Microsoft say something about it.
