    Same here error says:

    We are unable to sign you in at the moment. Try again later.

    (0x409) 0x8007041D

    I really wanted to use this, but I think Microsoft have released bad software.

    I am put off by this and have genuinely felt that Microsoft could do better.

    I do not think that Microsoft are all that sincere with supporting PC for gaming.

    Not impressed, not impressed.

    Likewise. I can't sign in through other apps either. It just shows the pop-up but it is black and then it closes.

    I may have found a solution to this problem. It may not work for everyone; I have no idea. What I did that somehow by a FAR FETCHED MIRACLE worked was simply logging into my XBOX account online since the app on my computer was not allowing me to. I then
    made sure my account settings on my computer allowed me to always be notified of any changes made. After that, I closed out all my browsers and then restarted my computer. Afterwards, I opened up the XBOXmahjong app, and it asked for permission to update and
    use my Microsoft XBOX account. I allowed this and clicked okay. It then signed me in, and the XBOX app signed me in as well upon opening. I hope this helps!!!!

    I ham having a problem accessing Microsoft Mahjong on my windows 10 computer.I don't have an Xbox but use the Xbox app to play Microsoft Games.It won't let me log on to Mahjong I get the following error code 0xC03F300D.I can log on to Microsoft solitare
    so it is not all games.Would like it fixed if possible.

    Still an issue for some of us... And MS keeps trying to sell me other games... Why would I purchase when I can't even log in to the games I have???

    My XBox app was logging into XBox Live intermittently as was the Microsoft Solitaire collection. Now neither will log in at all. Meanwhile, all other Microsoft casual games are working fine. I've tried every solution anyone's suggested (e.g. signing in and
    out, reinstalling, signing in and out with another identity) and nothing works. Has anyone out there any idea what's going on?
