Windows 10 apps and Xbox cannot log in

Seems that my Surface 3 and Minecraft Win10 are in the same boat. I can log in on the website, but the app can't. Any ideas? Kinda stinks that I can't play the game.

 

I don't own an X Box. I had been playing Microsoft Bingo on my PC prior to a new motherboard and Windows 10 installation. The MS Store indicates that I own the game and can install it. However, each time I attempt to play it requires and X Box login, then
it displays a message indicating something of the likes of "MULTIPLAYER RESTRICTION" and requests that I log into an account that has multiplayer access. What is this multiplayer business? I don't want to play multiplayer. I just want to play MS Bingo like
I used to. X Box - Smex Box, fix it! Darn Windows 10.

 

same problem as above. Why isn't Microsoft dealing with this?

 

I am having the same problem right now.

 

*try's to go onto xbox windows 10 app for the past 5 months says "We cant sign you in right now try again later (0x409) 0x8007041D

 

was able to play for a day or two then keep getting the "unable to connect to xbox" message this sucks

 

I am only having sign in issues on a few windows 10 games but I can sign in store, X-Box, and solitaire at same time even.

 

I'm having the same problem with XBOX SOLITAIRE...can't do my DAILY CHALLENGES...get the same reply as a number of the above complaints. Two months ago was working fine, but IF & WHEN I can get into Solitaire (late at night) I'm only logged in as a GUEST...what
gives!? I've removed and then downloaded XBOX SOLITAIRE a number of times...still get the same problem and error. My XBOX MAHJONG works fine, but not SOLITAIRE...can someone help or fix this problem??

 

I'm having the same issue as well on my Windows 10 HP

 

Same issue for the past few days with all of the legacy Microsoft games (all but Solitaire). I have uninstalled and reinstalled as the error message suggested, but that didn't work.

Is everyone on a preview build?

 

This is the first time seeing this. Has anyone found a solution, or do I just have to wait it out?

 

So I think I found a solution here. I was having the same issue and it only started happening to me yesterday. What I did was hold down the power button for a few seconds on the xbox one until it completely shut down not just stand by mode. Wait about 30
seconds or so, then turn it on and try it again. It worked for me I'm streaming now so hopefully it works for all of you.

Error Code: 0x8004883C doesn't exist at all on support or error code search.

 

My XBox app was logging into XBox Live intermittently as was the Microsoft Solitaire collection. Now neither will log in at all. Meanwhile, all other Microsoft casual games are working fine. I've tried every solution anyone's suggested (e.g. signing in and
out, reinstalling, signing in and out with another identity) and nothing works. Has anyone out there any idea what's going on?
