Windows 10 app VoiceOver missing

I have Windows 10 - latest Current Branch build.

I have the Xbox App(Beta) - updated.

14.13.27016.00000

The app will not allow for voiceover recording - the user is 12 and is using a Microsoft Account with the correct birthday - is voiceover recording disabled for minors?

UPLOAD STUDIO: Voiceover Button doesnt work

In Upload Studio the Voiceover button is greyed out so i cant press this button to Voiceover the clips. insalled the app a second time but voiceover still doesnt work...

Upload Studio: Voiceover Button is greyed out

hi, in the Upload Studio App the button for the Voiceover is greyed out, so i cant choose the voiceover function. I can cut and upload clips but I cant voiceover them. Does someone experienced the same Problem? I installed the app again but the button is
still greyed out!! Can someone help me out? thx

Hi,

Can you advise us what Windows 10 version you have installed please?

Windows Store should be installed by default on Windows 10. It will be missing if

1. It's removed via Powershell

2. You have a version of Windows 10 lower than Windows 10 Home.

Lower versions of Windows 10 lack the store and other store based apps, and therefore the Xbox App is not compatible with these OS versions.

I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro N and still had the same issue. I then installed Windows 10 Pro and the game and game bar app functioned as expected.

I don't have the patience to trial and error each of the codecs that are missing in the N version of Windows the overlay functionality is dependent on, but the issue seems to be isolated to Windows 10 N. I've never had any trouble with desktop apps and no
errors were thrown regarding what dependency was missing so I guess I'll just run Pro.

Can you check the Windows Store to see if it's in progress of download?

Alternatively, I would check the outline on this page to see if that helps find the 'missing' app?

Hi,

that right, on xbox.com and on my Lumia 520 phone I can see the archivements. But in the Windows 10 Xbox-App there isn't this game in my list and because that, there are no archivements. In the App and and Beta-App there is a bug to see the Game in the list.
Also Microsoft Solitare from a Windows 8.1 device is missing. This one is also visible on my windows 8.1 phone.
