    Windows 10 App not working/connecting to my Xbox One anymore


    Hi,

    My Windows 10 Xbox App use to work, but now doesn't. I won't even open from my start menu, I can't even uninstall it as there is no option to do so.I've tried reinstalling the app from the store, but now all it says when i open the store window is "Restoring
    user data".

    Anyone have/had the same problems...anyone know of a fix for this?

    Logoff function

    Hi

    I have extreme ard to logoff from Windows Xbox app in Windows 10 after latest upgrade to 38.38.14002.

    I would like to be able to logoff and my wife ask to login with her account this is not working anymore.

    Windows 10 streaming recently not working...

    Have you checked that the xbox app is up to date?

    Xbox Console Companion says I need to update my app or console to stream, but both are up to date???

    Dont use the companion app anymore. Use the xbox app built with windows 10. I just tried it and it works great

    I'm having this issue too. Xbox 360 is connected to the router with ethernet cable, devices are over wi-fi, 5ghz. Nothing will connect, Windows 10 app, iPad 2 app. Application won't run on my iPhone anymore with iOS 11.

    First of all to explain: From time to time, my XBOX app does not Login too. And the cause is WiFi. When i connect with cable (hardwire) everything work fine!

    So if the Network Connection is to slow the Authentification Manager produce failure.

    But you work with an verry old app from the Windows 8.1 Store. (No Support anymore look here:

    Windows Lifecycle    )

    So please try first hardwire / cable conection to the Internet if you work with WiFi.

    And then "YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE TO WINDOWS 10" Please read Windows 10 Upgrade FAQ

    I think there must be also a version of both webpages in chinese!??

    Hello Fellow Ambassador,

    Xbox Accessories Apps appears to be taken down on the Xbox One side but you still update your controller via Windows 10.

    link    . Look for My Xbox One isn't visible in the Xbox app on Windows 10 and I can't connect to my Xbox One from my Xbox app on Windows 10, and perform the solutions provided.

    Make sure that your Windows 10 device and the Xbox One are connected to the same network and logged in using the same Microsoft account.
