Windows 10 App no longer allows games to be accessed

Some days ago my games ceased to function.

The little dots spin as it 'tries to sign in', then tells me

    "Choose another item

This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw"

If I try to open Jigsaw my downloaded packs do not appear.

If I attempt to open other games all progress has been lost, unlocked items are locked again . . .

Even if I manage to sign into the X-Box app directly and go back to the games I get the same result.

    How do I fix this?

    :)

Why does my Windows 10 Xbox app say the server is "Blocked"

    All,

After the most recent windows update my xbox app on my Windows 10 machine no longer allows me access to my live account. In the network settings it says "blocked" for server connection. I went to the page and tried all the steps MS listes for Teredo, etc.
    and nothing works.

Any idea MS? or am I just screwed?

Is Microsoft Jigsaw still on the Shopping app?

My mum also has Windows 10 and she wants this game on her computer, but it's nowhere to be seen on the Shopping app although we searched it from both my (I also have Windows 10) and her computer many times. Is it no longer on the Shopping app, or was it
taken down for some fix? Because I have this Jigsaw app for a long time and new collections and daily challenges are still available for me.

    Thanks very much!

    Hi,

The error message that you receive means your account is unable to detect the license of the game. There are also possibilities that your profile is corrupted.

To resolve your concern, you may perform the following solutions on your computer:

Solution 1. Sign out and sign in to your profile to refresh it.

Solution 2. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Solution 3. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

Solution 4. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
    4. Hit Enter.
    5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
    6. Open the game through Xbox App.

If the issue persists, create a new Local User Account to test if your profile is corrupted. You can to this

    link
for instructions on how to create a new account.

I had already tried the first 3 suggestions.

Today I uninstalled Xbox and Xbox (beta) via Ccleaner. and behold - instant access to the games.

Of course, I then had to sign in in order to reply, so who knows if it will continue to work . . .

Ahhh - but now I see that my system language appears to be Thai - lucky I can understand enough to fix that . . .

Fable III - Windows 10 - Cannot connect to the LIVE Service?

GFWL is no longer available for Windows 10, so going forward the Xbox (Beta) app will allow you to connect correctly.
Amber the Xbox app will NOT allow you to play GFWL games. You are still required to use that abomination GFWL to play your bloody games that you're STILL selling.

@OP: A few things to check out https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/xba_wowpc-xba_gowpc/games-for-windows-live-gfwl-steam-windows-10-and/67214988-1160-4105-a7f0-373339fde8a9

Fable III - Windows 10 - Cannot connect to the LIVE Service?

    Hi DaniloCW,

Thanks for updating us with your reply. If you haven't already done so, and since you're using a Windows 10 PC, have you signed into the Xbox (Beta) app, then tried to access Fable III? GFWL is no longer available for Windows 10, so going forward the Xbox
(Beta) app will allow you to connect correctly.

Here's a support article that you may find helpful:

Give this a try and let us know the results.

I hope this helps you a bit more.
