    Does the Microsoft store version of Forza horizon also have a launching problem in the windows 10 20H2 version?

    I'm planning to buy this game, but don't want to waste my money if it won't even launch.

    i play forza horizon 3 and 4 quite regular on PC, 3 never had issues, 4 occasionally has network problems but i have never had it fail to launch. just get a month of gamepass for pc then you can try it on your system before deciding to buy it.

    Just to be sure.. Check if your Windows is up to date and if you have the "Windows 10, version 20H2" installed...

    Not sure system update will really work. I'm having this issue on 20H2 19042.508, which is touted as the next final build for Windows 10.

    This did not resolve the issue. I also tried repairing and reinstalling the app with no success. I am running the latest edition of windows 10.
