Windows 10 1903 update not working for PC? WANT PC GAME PASS!!!

Today i attempted to update my PC to Windows 10 1903,it just doesn't seem to be able to find or update to the latest version which is 1903. It keeps saying my PC isn't ready for PC GAME PASS APP for what ever reason.

I have an

Intel I7 5820K,

16 GB of ram,

2x GTX TITANS

64-bit OS on WIN 10 1803 update currently, it just doesn't seem to be able to find or update to the latest version which is 1903.

I have tried to scan for latest update to no avail.

I have also downloaded the update directly from MS website, though when it came to restart my PC to finalise the updates it stayed on a black screen. I tried to manually restart by the tower but it continued to go to black screen. I completely rebooted 3
times and it returned me to 1803 version.

Please can anyone give me some insight to this issue or am i part of a waiting game???

Is your PC running Windows 10 1903? and are you using the Game Pass PC (beta) app to download the game?

Sorry about your issue there.

Version 1803 is quite a older build of Windows 10 from July 2018, you've missed 1809 too it seems.

To try to fix your problem, I would manually upgrade to the latest version by opening the Media Creation Tool from this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...,
choose Download Tool Now, then open the tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now.

This saves your files, apps and settings in place. It is the most stable method to change versions, and should allow your Windows install to be brought up to the current version 1903.
